2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched once production is completed.

  • Delivery time depends on the courier partner and delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery timeline will be shared before dispatch.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on location, weight, and delivery type.

  • Any additional taxes or duties applicable at the destination are to be borne by the customer.


4. Delivery Responsibility

  • We ensure proper packaging before dispatch.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.


5. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If the package appears damaged on arrival, please record an unboxing video.

  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
