Welcome to Lala Position Print House. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are created to ensure transparency, trust, and smooth business operations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a payment, or communicating with us for services, you agree to follow and accept these Terms of Service.

2. Product & Service Details

  • All fabrics are custom position-printed as per client requirements.

  • Designs, colors, and layouts are finalized before production.

  • Once production starts, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or full payment, as agreed.

  • Final approval of design/sample is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are discussed and confirmed before order confirmation.

  • Prices may change without prior notice for future orders.

  • Payments must be completed within the agreed timeline.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

6. Return & Replacement

  • As products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.

  • Replacement is applicable only in case of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Major printing errors

    • Transit damage (with unboxing video proof)

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Color & Design Disclaimer

  • Minor color or placement variation may occur due to screen differences and printing process.

  • Such variations are considered normal and not eligible for return or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and prints created by Lala Position Print House remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Unauthorized copying or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
